The conditions for using the website and platform.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern use of the Jurisdify website and platform. By accessing, creating an account or using the service, you confirm you have capacity to contract and agree to these conditions. Corporate use assumes you are authorized to represent the company.
2. What the platform does
Jurisdify organizes documents and context to support the assessment of commitments, points of attention, implications and possible paths.
Jurisdify does not provide legal advice, does not replace a lawyer or specialist, does not approve contracts automatically and does not guarantee exhaustive identification of risks. The decision, approval authority and accountability remain with your company.
3. Account and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data, for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not submit material without the owner's authorization, infringe third-party rights, attempt to access restricted areas, reverse engineer the service, overload the infrastructure or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Customer content
Documents and information you submit remain yours. You grant Jurisdify a limited licence, restricted to what is necessary to operate the service and produce the requested analysis.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, the Jurisdify brand, the Advancement Map, interfaces, texts and website materials belong to Jurisdify and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights.
7. Plans, fees and cancellation
Commercial conditions, terms, fees, adjustments and termination are defined in the proposal or agreement signed with each customer. [Insert current conditions before launch.]
8. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jurisdify's liability is limited to the amounts effectively paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event, excluding lost profits and indirect damages. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as the service is used. We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach, with notice where appropriate.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes are communicated with reasonable notice and take effect on the stated date.
12. Governing law
Brazilian law applies. The courts of [CITY/STATE] have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract.
